Anastrozol (também conhecido como armidex) é um medicamento não esteróide inibidor da aromatase (sigla AI) desenvolvido em 1995 pela Zeneca Pharmaceucitals para tratamento de câncer de mama após cirurgia e para metástases em mulheres. Anastrozol é usado para inibir a síntese de estrogênio.
